The Queen has made the journey back to London after
her traditional winter break came to an end.
The 90-year-old monarch appeared in high spirits as she boarded a train
at King's Lynn station in Norfolk.
She donned a lime green coat and dress for the occasion, accessorising
with a brightly patterned headscarf - and teaming the outfit with a black patent
handbag and matching shoes.
It was 65 years to the day since the Queen acceded to the throne following the
death
of her father, George VI, on February 6 1952.
As she has in previous years, the Queen spent Accession Day privately at
Sandringham.
