Mel B’s Former Nanny Ordered To Stay Away From Singer For How Many Years???!!!

Mel B’s former nanny, Lorraine Gilles, has officially been ordered to stay away from the British singer.
On Thursday, a judge ordered Gilles to stay away from Mel for five years. The end date of the restraining order is on May 3, 2022 at midnight. “The Court finds that the Petitioner (Mel B) has established clear and convincing evidence to grant a restraining order,” the papers read.
The order comes just one month after Mel filed documents suggesting Lorraine had an affair with her now estranged husband, Stephen Belafonte. Lorraine, however, fought back with a defamation lawsuit suggesting the singer’s claims were bogus.  According to Gilles, she, Stephen and Mel regularly engaged in threesomes for over seven years.
As news of the restraining order continues to make it’s way around the Web, Gilles’ attorney is claiming their camp had no idea an order was even in place. “Nobody from Mel’s side contacted us regarding the restraining order. We found out about the ruling on TMZ Wednesday,” Lorraine’s attorney, Dan Holzman, told ET in a statement.
He added, “There was no reason to drag her name into this whole thing. She was a private person, she had nothing to do with anything. All of a sudden she became a very public person and it’s impacted her privacy and so that’s what she wants to remain. A private person. She’s being painted in a way that’s not accurate.”
Last month, Mel filed for divorce from Belafonte and was also granted a restraining order against the producer. According to the singer, she was emotionally and physically abused by Stephen over the course of their ten-year marriage.
