Christmas might be cancelled at the Giudice household this year, although it is likely to be their last as a family for some time.
According to Radar Online, federal agents seized items from Teresa and Joe’s New Jersey home earlier this week.
The website reports a source said that Christmas presents for the couple’s four children were taken, along with ‘plasma televisions and expensive jewelry’.
More bad news: Federal agents allegedly seized items from Teresa and Joe Giudice's home. The Real Housewives Of New Jersey couple are pictured in July
Teresa and Joe were ordered to pay $414,000 in restitution for their fraud charges, and are said to have paid $200,000 of that already.
However Radar reports that the couple, both aged 42, were supposed to submit a payment plan for the outstanding amount if they could not pay it up front, and they allegedly failed to do this.
According to the publication, the source claims: ‘The property will now be auctioned off with the money going into a trust account.
‘If there is any money left over, it would go to paying creditors in their bankruptcy, in which they owe $14.3 million.’
